Everyone were nice and friendly. The oil change was done within a reasonable amount of time while I waited I didnt need a tire rotation because I had just bought brand new tires prior to this service

I give them 5 stars because they comped the service. I took over 2 hrs for them to do a routine service without tire rotation. I used to be a mechanic and know how long this typically takes. The were very nice about it when I questioned the length of time it took. They volunteered to comp the service, I did not ask for it. Great job.

They did the job well, the time I waited with my car sitting in the bay. Never got texts or updates like I told I was appt at 830, was there till 1130. My car sat in front area completed for over 45 min before I walked over and asked abt it. Service advisors were nice, just maybe spread to thin?
