Service was acceptable. For me, I had a communication problem.
The customer service was sharp and on point with a smile . The service was timely and quick since I have to drive 2 hour every six months.

I was especially please with Aaron McBride, Account Services Manager, who responded to a service issue and went well beyond the call of duty and personally delivered a loaner vehicle and picked up my new Fort Explore for factory recall work. This type of service was unexpected and to be admired and not often seen in todays often " understaffed" service environment. . I have relayed the story to many and will continue to use Aaron example in my own business to showcase above average service...
