As always, the service was excellent! And the service reps are always professional and courteous.
Very professional and friendly place. They check you in quickly and keep you updated on the progress, if there is an issue, they are very thorough and clear in explaining the problem and what your options are, all without being pushy or trying to scare you into getting additional work done.

A few years back the service was great and I was happy to own a Lincoln. Unfortunately, Customer service went down hill and get better service elsewhere. Base on this service I will not get another Lincoln Vehicle.
