Recall service for the transmission, it took 2 visits to remedy the problem, it's now fixed.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided an Uber to take me home and to pick me up when my car was ready.

Why bother making an appointment if it's not recognized by the service center. Two plus hours for a simple oil change. Would be nice if the service advisors would get off their phones and acknowledge the customers in line
