Merari took exceptional care of me and my concerns- he went the extra mile to make sure all the warranty paperwork was done and I had a rental to drive. Aaron took the time to review some items that were overlooked at several dealerships after which he assigned me with Merari - making sure everything was taken care of- I enjoy my Bronco and grateful that they were able to solve any problems I've had with real results!
