Great service and attention to detail.
Great place to purchase a vehicle. Brandon was my salesman, working with him felt more like buying from a friend, rather than a dealer. I drove out of there with a new vehicle at less than the advertised price and didn't have to haggle. Truly a hassle free experience.
The salesman and the finance gentlemen I met with were phenomenal! I'll absolutely be going back here when it's time to purchase another vehicle.
They provided an loaner car for me and worked with me to get everything done as quickly as possible.
The service advisor, Jonte Cox, provided excellent service for my Ford Explorer. All that needed to be done was completed and on time. The inspection report showed that the air filter needed replaced, I returned on Monday, April 8, '24, and Jonte Cox had the filter changed immediately. I have no complaints and I am totally satisfied with my service at Grapevine Ford.
I brought my own synthetic oil and they mistakenly put their synthetic oil in it. Not a big deal just need to pay attention to customer requests.
