The rear axle recall was completed as required and I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Also the rear A/C controls were installed as planned. A loaner vehicle was provided to me which was very helpful to me. Grapevine Ford gave me excellent service.

simple oil change and fix a slow tire leak. Scheduled service. Tony in service was great. Took over 2 hours. They did wash and clean inside my truck too. The patch on the tire was made worse. Had to bring back second time. Not sure if anything else was checked. Price was right. The lfyt ride to the REc was good. Ill come back. Im probably not their best customer.
