Sales team were indecisive when presented with clear customer expectations. Furthermore, senior sales staff (not floor sales team) poorly represented Lincoln’s brand. Luxury vehicle customers expect service that correlates to the level of the MSRPs. High pressure sales environs akin to time-share sales is inappropriate. As a result of the senior sales staff’s representation, I can only provide the experience three stars.
