We worked with Michael Massey and he was great. He did not push us about buying . He asked us what we were looking for and he showed us the different models. Once we decided what we wanted and bought the vehicle he took along time to show and how to use everything in vehicle.

Mike Massey was great to work with. He spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the vehicle on a Saturday then went through it all again with my wife on Monday. He still answers my questions when they come up. Willie in Finance was also great. They got us a great deal and got us on our way in no time. They were also very accommodating to our young children.

Nautilus or Corsair? Bought the ceramic pearl Corsair! Update, Well after 350 miles the dash goes dead and comes back on later. One week in service and get it back, it's still broke. Ten days in service and go pick up and wires and panel are in floor. Now low jack doesn't work and found another panel in back of car along with broken pieces. Going back for 3rd time. The 3 stooges are working there. For my trouble they will fill me up with gas, 6 gallons I estimate. A year later... take in for a recall on 4-10-24. Get message ... read more
If I were able to give this particular Lincoln dealership zero stars I would. Buyer beware that their skip the lot allows you to completely fill out an application to buy a car that they have no intentions on selling you at the price listed on their website. Some of those cars are special ordered and already sold but yet they still place them on their website and allow people to fill out complete credit applications and get approved for loans only for them to try & sell you a much Higher-priced car.
