Gravie is such a fun place to work and I loved all the math problems I got to solve here and location in Minnesota is bestest I rate Gravie 1000/10

Their internal communication is poor and they made it SO HARD to get enrolled. In addition, they constantly messed things up and either blamed it on me or the connector. They also really don't do anything other than provide a credit card for payments, but otherwise you just have to do DOUBLE THE WORK as a costumer to sign up for insurance. It feels like a scam. Do not use this company. Not 1 but 0 stars.

Worst experience ever with health insurance. All of their plans have crazy high out of pockets and deductibles. All the information as far as coverage of providers has been inaccurate. I had to spend a total of 10 hours on the phone with them to switch my coverage and the two companies I checked were completely inaccurately represented on the Gravie site. I literally hate this company. I have complex medical needs and I NEED really good insurance and they don't have ANY options that are good. I'm so frustrated with them.
Gracie doesn't have any options suitable for a person with complex medical needs. All options have high out of pocket maximums. They also have inaccurate information about what providers and medications are covered under each plan.
Horrible insurance not worth the money. It’s all a scam and now I can’t use my own pharmacy anymore. And nothing is ever in stock at there CVS stores.
Gravie is the worst health care broker on the market. They can't even make monthly automated payments correctly. I lost coverage for almost a full year because they were not making payments correctly. They are so bad that I almost quit my job to get away from them. Our HR manager did quit because of how much of a pain Gravie was to work with and how 90% of her day was spent on hold with Gravie trying to fix their mistakes for other employees.
