Gravie is the worst health care broker on the market. They can't even make monthly automated payments correctly. I lost coverage for almost a full year because they were not making payments correctly. They are so bad that I almost quit my job to get away from them. Our HR manager did quit because of how much of a pain Gravie was to work with and how 90% of her day was spent on hold with Gravie trying to fix their mistakes for other employees.
Terrible customer service! My claims are never processed in timely manner and the EOB's that are returned are difficult to follow and I work in health care and see these on regular basis. Also - you are not allowed to see other members under your plan (spouse and child) due to HIPAA?? I am the policy holder and not able to get the information I needed to verify deductible amounts.
Trash middleman company. The insurance is junk. Its trash.
Gravie is a health insurance broker that can't be trusted. They mismanage your account and cause you to lose insurance if you are not careful. Then, if they make a mistake, be prepared to sit on hold for hours to ask your insurance company canceled your family's policy due to non-payment when they are responsible for the payments.
