Sales people were helpful, a little slow responding but got the info i was asking about. Reason for the 3 stars was I brought in a trade in to be evaluated. It was a 2009 Audi S5 with 71k original miles in pristine condition. They offered me $7000 for it. On the lot they had a 2010 S5 with 75k miles, they were asking $22,000 for it. SO my S5 a year old but less miles, was worth 5k, but their year newer but more miles S5 was worth 22k..... I understand dealers need to make a profit..... but 15k+ ? thats a little excessive.
