Professional staff, great cars . But for a trade in, the value offered in the last minute was unexpected revised down by the manager without a clear explanation so that I did not make the deal .
Friendly and responded quickly, but car was sold. I'm from out of town and I called a friend to drive over and see the vehicle for me and he says that he bought his Lexus from Gravity and loved them.

My Experience was okay. I would suggest they take care of the customers after the sale. These are used cars and sometimes maintenance is needed for the customer to feel confident with the purchase, and i felt like i was bothering them after i signed my paperwork. The sales rep was Great!
Even though I didn't buy a car from them, I did like the cars they had to offer. They got back to me a few hours after I checked out one of their BMS's. They were super friendly on the phone.
