Smooth and easy experience The process couldn’t have been any easier. Jacob Hares was excellent to work with. He communicated with me during the entire process. He even made sure the title transfer would be taken care of. Other refinance companies haven’t done that for me in the past so I had to make a trip to the DMV, which is always a nightmare, to transfer the title from the old finance company to the new finance company. There amazing Kai was my representative and he was awesome. He was so easy to talk to and he was very informative and I could tell he truly wanted to get me the best rates possible. I new I could improve my cars interest rate but Kai blew away my expectations. So glad I was able to work with gravity would highly recommend and will use again in the future
