great experience This was a great way to refinance my 4Runner. Luis was with me every step of the way. We even gave him a but of a challenge, the co-signer and I live an hour away from each other, he even made that part easy. I have felt secure and taken care of. He answered any and all questions I had, but on the front end, did such a great job in laying out the process, that I did not have many questions.
