Helpful without the harassing phone calls! I wasn’t prepared for all the sales calls that come with trying to refinance a car. I was grateful that Gene decided to reach out to me via text. It allowed me to gather up documents on my own time and I was able to send everything to him without stressing about having someone staying on hold. He worked to get me lower rate than my current loan even when my options were limited. When I had questions, he answered them in a manner that I could quickly understand. Overall very pleased.
