Excellent Customer Service I was hesitant about doing this whole refinance thing at first and during the middle of the process, it seemed that I was being proven right. A in my book I talked with Chris with Gravity and he was so helpful, patient and kind. We wanted to refinance our car and I had talked to several other companies and Chris was the best and got us the best deal, even an extended warranty!!!
