Amazing experience and amazing loan officer If I could click on a 5 star rating I would do that in a heartbeat! The huge snow storm in Texas hit during our refi of our 2 vehicles and our loan officer and Gravity lending never missed a beat. In fact even when our package got delayed by 10 days when the state was practically shut down for a week, our loan officer was still in communication with us (almost daily) to keep us posted on what was happening. Outstanding Service! The first thing I appreciated is they did not speak negatively or trash talk their competition. Many of the other companies that contacted me did.
