They made it really easy If you feel lost in the refinancing game gravity lending makes it really easy. The rest of the companies maybe sent me an email but definitely didn't follow up because I didn't know who I was talking to day to day so ended up feeling lost but Brad at gravity lending sent me a voicemail and an email and explained everything walking me through the whole process. So it was an easy choice to refinance with them. I highly recommend.
