Great experience! Gene was super helpful with our auto refinance process! He got us a great new rate, his customer service was excellent, and he was prompt with communication without being overbearing, which was appreciated. It was a good experience The entire process was easy and I was pleased with the whole process. My loan officer was very professional.
Over all good I got a mailer that I could save %2 off my car loan along with about $175 on my car payment so I thought I give it a try. Luis was my Loan officer and he did an okay job trying to get it lower but it was nowhere near the mailer advertise service. But it did get lower than what I had before. Thanks, Gravity.
