Excellent Service I was extremely pleased with Gravity Lending due to there excellent customer service. When choosing to refinance our vehicle, I was bombarded with constant/non-stop text messaging and phone calls to the point it was overwhelming. Brad Paxman was outstanding at all times during this process, which went extremely fast. This is the best company to utilize if interested in refinancing.

Fantastic customer service I like how they do business, mostly text or email. They keep you informed but don’t bug you or call multiple times per day. My only regret is not refinancing sooner with them
