Grayhawk homes are beautiful with excellent floor plans. However you need to watch the build quality from their subcontractors and be ready to fight with the warranty folks over every deficiency. The base homes are a good value, the upgrades not so much
They aer good, but they could do a better job with handling some minor finishing issues.
I have only been living in Grayhawk Homes for about 2 months, but on the minor things we needed they really reacted fast. I hope that they continue to impress. Thanks!
