Fantastic service and result Great American Floor did a fantastic job finishing the floors in our new addition and refinishing the floors in our 13 year old house. Cornell and his crew were on time, polite and detail oriented. The owner, Marc, rearranged the crew's schedule to accomodate our holiday schedule. I recommend them highly!!!!!
Couldn't be happier about my floors and carpet! Marc and his crew at Great American Floors just finished an amazing job at my house. We had both the hardwoods refinished and all the carpeting replaced for an unbelievable price. I could not be happier with the result. The hardwood and carpet crews were really amazing - respectful, on time, and moved all of my furniture back in the exact spot it was before they did all the work on our floors. Love our carpet We were finishing our basement and after much research decided to install carpet. Then after much research, we decided upon Mohawk. We first visited a couple of other flooring places -- at one I had more knowledge than the part time salesman and the other place had 'appointments only' and then only during the workday to boot. Best place for flooring of all kinds! I have worked with Great American floors for over 15 years. They have done all of our carpets and just recently refinished our wood floors. Jason and his staff are a pleasure to work with. Their service is impeccable, and pricing is always competative. I have found I don't even have to do comparison shopping anymore, because I know Great American floors will always give me the service, product, and pricing I am looking for!
Wonderful job! They were very professional from the time in the showroom, helping me pick out the perfect flooring to the great installation. I had laminate flooring installed throughout my house. They did a great job. They were there on time and worked until it was done. I'm very happy!
