In 1992, Atlanta flooring experts Marc Seltzer (father; co-owner) and Jason Seltzer (son; co-owner) founded an Atlanta flooring company Great American Floors. Jason had recently returned home from The University of Georgia and Marc was in the planning stage of changing his two year old company, American Carpet Distributors, into a full service flooring company. Truly "Great" I am VERY glad to have had Great American Floors refinish my hardwood flooring. The experience was great from estimate to completion. Their refinishing and repairs to my floors was perfect. Floors are like brand new again and service/response from Marc was excellent. I highly Great American Floors. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am glad they were. I will be using again for additional flooring projects.

Superb service The men who laid my wood floors did a suberb job. They handled my furniture with care and made sure they put it back with the same care. Their workmanship and attention to detail was just wonderful. I could not have asked for a better job. The saleman in charge was very help in picking out the right color and determining how much wood flooring I would need. Highly Recommend Ed & Jackie : Marc arrived at our home with hardwood floor samples, measured the floor to be done, E mailed our price. Three days later the flooring was delivered. Robert and Cornel installed the floor, doing a great job! Two fine representatives for the company. Great job.

Excellent Floor Company I used Great American floors twice. First to lay down a laminate floor in my large closet and then to refinish my downstairs hardwoods (entire level). The gentleman who did the work were wonderful. They were timely, had great dispositions, polite and never complained even when having to move very heavy furniture out of the way. The floors all look great. I would highly recommend this company and would use again.

Hardwoods look fantastic! My experience didn't start off well because the crew was late on the scheduled day and we had to start the following morning. The wait was worth it...59 year old oak hardwoods, splattered with paint, now shine like mirrors!!! The price was reasonable given the quality of the work and I'd definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
