I had a wonderful experience at Great Lakes. The young lady that took my vitals was friendly and efficient. Nurse Practitioner, Shannon was also fantastic she listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I felt very comfortable and well-cared for. I also appreciate how quickly I was seen and how fast my prescriptions were ordered to the pharmacy. I was able to start my treatments immediately.

Jennifer Johnson and the nurse who works with her ( i can't think of her name off the top of my head sorry!) Are absolutely AMAZING. they are both very helpful and Great to talk to. I never feel like I'm being judged.

I am comfortable with my primary PA and her nurse. They are professional, enjoyable, and the atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. Which is rare compared to other physicians office. Everyone's etiquette is outstanding.
