RecommendedWe went here yesterday as a referral from my MIL. It was our first time there and it was an emergency. Our vet wasn’t open and couldn’t have taken us in, so we called Great Lakes and they said to come in. When we got there they took us back immediately, thoroughly looked Harley over and made a plan of action. RecommendedWhen I was going up we took all of our family pets there from our dogs to both of my rabbits. They gave the dogs their shots, meds and they also put them down when they needed to be. My rabbits were Lop-Ear ones and their teeth would grow up and stuff so they would trim their teeth. They treat the animals like they are their animals and the owners are part of their family. When our last dog Abby past away they made a cast footprint and cut some furand they set a card.
RecommendedThis place is awesome. They have been so sweet with my baby Luna as she is being treated for heartworms. Everyone who works here is caring, dog loving, and helpful. It is hard to see my fur baby sick and worry for her well-being, and it makes me feel some comfort knowing she is being taken care of.
RecommendedVery recently had to bring in our cat, Oscar, for euthanasia after an unexpected and fast-moving downturn in his health. He was a very old, but loving, rescue kitty we've had for years. I thought the staff was exceptional in their caring, likely knowing what a very sudden and difficult decision this was for us.
