I had a very pleasant experience with this loan. I had a little adventure with this purchase. I was supposed to buy another house first but that did not happen and then Igor and Irina had to do the process again. They were in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on, they explained everything to me in layman's terms. They got me a good loan at a good rate and good terms. Igor was always available to answer any of my questions and always provided correct information. Igor Noble is the man!!! I recently closed on a house less than a week ago. I signed the contract the ending of April and had worked with Citibank at the time. Citibank pretty much wasted our time for 3 months with a whole bunch of back and forth that they almost made us lose our dream home. I had started to work with Igor before I worked with Citibank but had switch to Citibank based on my attorney's recommendation. Let's just say I regretted doing that. I recently worked with Igor Noble, in closing on my first home. Even though the process was a bit hectic, Igor was very patient and transparent throughout the process. He was very professional and he always got back to me in a timely manner. He has a great team at Great Northern Mortgage Corp that supports him and together we were able to close within the time frame scheduled. I used Great Northern Mortgage company when I bought my house recently. Although we got pre approvals from two lenders, a pre approval does not guarantee that you will get the loan. Some issues arose during the process of getting the deal closed and there was a possibility of the bank denying our loan. It could have been a disaster because we were 3 months into the purchase process and gave the seller $10,000 deposit.
