Imagine my frustration as a first time home buyer prior to getting a loan. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Igor Noble and his team for making this process as clear to me as possible. Since our very first meeting my respect for Igor`s professionalism just kept growing. His team is superb and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion. I will most definitely recommend him to all of my friends.

I had a long story... but will make it short. I was looking for an appartment but didnt even know how much I can got from a bank...untill I met Great Northern Mortgage,Igor Noble. From prequalification (took them 1 day!!!) My name is Mohamed kamel. I have been looking for a house to buy and a good mortgage for a long time. I've went to many banks and lenders until I found great northern. I worked with Igor and found out quickly that he is the best of the best. He worked as hard as possible to make sure my rates and fees were good (not too high). If I ever need to take a loan I will go to Igor and he'll make sure I get he best of everything.

We bought a condo, and after personally contacting a few major banks were automatically declined. Igor helped us find a mortgage and a pretty good rate at the same time. After an honestly immense amount of paperwork, we were able to close on time, and move in to our new apartment without a hiccup. Thanks again, and highly recommend.
