My dog with a broken leg and no help from this office. They over charged for the xrays and meds. Then they called me the next day to say they wouldn't operate after I was told they would. Then they referred me to a place in collinsville that wanted 3 times the price of the original quote for surgery. Also they would not give me the xrays I Paid For! I went to jerseyville and got it done cheaper with competent doctors that cared.
Brought my Gotti/Razors Edge pup in a couple weeks ago. I felt more like i was taking my car to the shop. Pup was really sick and all i could get was an estimate ans charged $90 to be told they cant do anything because we were broke. And then when we asked about how we could care for him at home all we got was advised not to.... o and also tried to convince me that one of his testies hadnt dropped and that it was a tumor risk.
