RecommendedThe staff was Friendly and Professional. They got me right in and were very helpful and answered all my questions. They made sure I know what they were doing and when they found an issue they discussed my options and suggested different options and helped me come to the treatment right for me. They let me know up front what was covered and what my responsibility would be, before they started working. And my treatment “Root Canal” was virtually painless. They made me feel comfortable and it was over quick and easy.
I had an intensive root canal re-treatment today... something that was possibly going to require a more extensive surgical procedure. Dr. LeCheminant was excellent!! He listened to my concerns and anxieties, answered questions, made adjustments and accommodations to keep me calm and did excellent work! This probably sounds like an exaggeration, but I literally had no pain during an almost two-hour procedure. 5 stars!!
Thank you for being open and taking such great care of me today. I am very grateful I was able to get such good care during these difficult times with the pandemic. I am also appreciative of the measures you took to practice safe social distancing and protect your staff and patients. I hope I don't need you again, but IF I do, I'm a repeat customer!
I’ve been treated by both Dr. Madsen and Dr. Facer. Both experiences have been better than I ever expected. They both took the time to explain all options in detail before proceeding and made sure I was comfortable with all decisions. I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone I know!

OMGOSH! Coming from a patient that is literally terrified of ANYthing related to dentistry ... I could not give a better review of my experience. Dr. Facer has been amazing! I work part time and go to school and of course when an abscess came up in my future the financial part of it scared me but he was so honest and worked with me and everyone on his staff were fantastic! I don't wish for another abscess but I would work with Dr. Facer and his team again any day! Oh and it was not even painful. I felt very comfortable through the whole procedure! I was in need of an emergency root canal. These guys stayed late and got me in on a Friday. The office is beautiful with some of the newest technologies available. I woke up without any soreness. I would strongly recommend these guys.
