I got a root canal last year, and signed a document saying I only had to pay $3xx.00, which was paid at the appt. Now they have sent me to collections for almost $1k additional that I never (or should have) received a bill for.
Dr.Facer is an angry man!! I DONT feel like he is very knowledgeable or professional! I walked into an unwelcoming staff ,then met with Dr.Facer who when he walked in the room to meet me for the first time he was very condescending, abrasive and overly dramatic about my dental health and how I needed more then 1 root canal and that I had cavities growing underneath others and my whole mouth is in dire straights (pretty much) when it wasnt even true at all,he wanted to see my dental history ,my medical doctors names , medica... read more

Dr Madsen or his assistant leaned on my nitrous mask so I couldn’t breathe during my root canal. Then wanted me to wait 2 more weeks in ridiculous amounts of pain until they could sedate me because I had a panic attack from not being able to breathe. I found another amazing endodontist from a referral of a friend. He fit me in the next day and no sedation was needed.
