We own a four family/four story home. When two tenants reported sitings of roaches, we called Green Earth and treated two apartments. When a few returned, we had them do the whole building, including cellar. They were sensitive to individual tenant's concerns. And, so far, were successful.
They know what they are doing, are very professional, reliable, and responsive.
They provided exactly what I hired them for.
Went fine. Quickly assessed and told me that there was no problem. Set some traps. No need for follow up. Saved me money and angst from knowledge that I didn't really need an extermination!
About a week before contacting Green Earth, I got a giant "spider bite" on my hand that landed me in the ER. Over the following couple of days and while on prednisolne and antibiotics, I got 3 more large bites on my wrists. I was going crazy thinking I had a massive poisonous mystery bug in my apartment. Although there was a recurrence it's been OK for almost a year after a second treatment
I can't remember much detail. Why are you asking me about work done more than a year and half ago? They exterminated for rats, did a great job.
