Very professional the only negative was that they didn't tell me ahead of time that the service person would not treat outlets unless I removed the covers beforehead. <br />

I found a small bug in my bed and freaked out- I had been waking up with small itchy welts and just assumed it was bed bugs. I took a picture of the bug I found and emailed it to Green Earth Pest Control after finding them on Angie's List. They called me back right away and assured me the bug wasn't a bed bug at all, but a small harmless beetle. Whew! I spoke with Kery on the phone and he was very patient and understanding as I explained my situation. He offered excellent advice and insight. I had an appointment with Jake (and Jack, the bed bug sniffing canine) who game to my home very punctually, after having called to let me know that they would be arriving in 15 minutes. I was told to expect them to arrive between 8am and 1pm. They arrived around 11:30 and even called 15 minutes before they arrived.After introducing themselves they proceeded toexplain thoroughly where they needed to apply the poison.Peter asked how frequently did we see our pests (waterbugs). They were helpful and professional. However, we had a major mice problem and Isaid so. I wasn't impressed when they turned up with a lot of sticky mouse traps, we could have purchased those from home depot ourselves. Having said this, we haven't found a pest control company yet that hasn't done this and some with even barely a look, thiscompany was a little more pricey though and extra charges were added on for what we wanted done in the first place. Better than most. <br />

It was excellent. They really follow through and keep you informed on what's going on. A lot of places will just hurry and get out of there. They just want to collect their fee and move onto the next job. But, this company really wants to do the job right. <br /> Do not hesitate. Pick this company. You can't go wrong. <br /> I know it might sound like it but I am not affiliated with this company. They were very professional on the phone in explaining and quoting the cost of service, except the person on the other end of the phone didn't tell me that they do an evaluation first before doing the actual work. That is, I had to be in contact with them after they reached the property to hear what needed to be done and then give my approval. That was fine.
