I have not had the final inspection done on my home yet: what I can say is They answered my call immediately, arrived when they said they would, they were very thorough, explained the process, came back for a check up, left the area clean. very friendly. I was very please with their work. completed on my home
They left the close bar down...I had trouble getting it back up. The hall carpet had many dirty marks on it. They were on time each day , and did the job within the time stated. I do not know how the job looked it was in the attic. Unable to get to the attic. I hope it was a good job.
This is a follow-up from my last review. Green Genie came back to inspect mold removal for any possible missed areas and reapplied application to those areas missed. Also emailed warranty and followed through with all aspects of project.
They were on time and professional. Walked us through the process. Cleaned up afterwards and explained follow through expectation and owners responsibilities to prevent future mold growth. Satisfied with mold removal and growth inhibitor so far. Would recommend..reasonable and affordable price also.
