Reliable and friendly. Very responsive. Did a good job and very knowledgable. He even told us how to grade our side yard to avoid further water issues in the basement. We are going to use this company to clean our carpets.

John at Green Genie evaluated my house for mold by taking air samples inside and out. I was lucky, though, and did not need major remediation, so I cannot comment on how any remediation would go. I was happy with John's honesty, openness, information, and lack of pressure. He was very informative and helpful in his suggestions.
