Had an appointment a little over 24 hours from first contacting Green Light (which was good) but I seemed to have to keep bugging the reps through text message to get it scheduled. I have heard from a coworker who used Green Light for an MRI that it took an absurd amount amount of time for the results to get to the Dr which was frustrating. Hoping that’s not the case for me.
Sandy was awesome! Very patience and fast at meeting my needs. I am beyond grateful for her help!
