Your company did fine. I don’t like how hard it is to get the mammogram scheduled. I used to call and schedule myself and I was done. Now I have to call two different agencies to schedule and text back and forth many times to get a good availability. I know my availability and can get a good appointment in a few minutes. Now it takes hours. Also, the hospital never even looked at my voucher. I tried several times to get them to look.
