Leo was very patient with me through texting and scheduling. He had to redo my appointment more than once as I had a panic attack in the MRI machine. Leo texted to check on me and to ask what is the next step he wanted him to do. He found me an open MRI. Leo was AWESOME.

Margo’s kindness was “heard” on the text messages . If I replied with something other than what she requested- she was so nice to answer that first then politely ask the info she needed again. The follow up to assure I had everything was very reassuring. Very pleasant digital experience. (Much more efficient than “playing telephone tag”)
