I was contacted directly, Margo Introduced herself and told me what she was going to do for me. I was made aware of every step of the process and was giving updates in a timely fashion all interactions with me were kind and caring. I truly feel that she went over and above what I have experienced in customer service in a long time. I did not have to wait for a reply from her to know the answer to any question that I had. This was my first time utilizing the service so I wasn't sure what to expect. From submitting my request on the website on the weekend, to Chelsea contacting me the next business day, and despite my failure to have everything properly submitted, she was still able to expedite my case and multi-task as we waited for my physicians office.
