Everything was really easy. There was just a slight miscommunication in getting details of my location, but it was all worked out.

I arrived on time. I prepared everything two weeks before the appointment. Despite I showed the voucher, the insurance card and the pre autorización code from my insurance company, they refused to do the exam as they said I had to pay the full amount at the moment. I asked why and they said "we think" your insurance company is no going to paid. I asked how they could confirmed that and they never gave me a logical answer. I had this exam rescheduled THREE TIMES IN 3 DAYS before it finally got done. NO COMMUNICATION about weather closures even though roads were TOTALLY CLEAR to drive on. Place I got sent to in McKinney says they open at 7am, but reality is it opens at 8am [need to update their door hours]!! Staff was nice-friendly at facility though. Good communication on Appt setups, just kept getting rescheduled-moved around. Appointment time should be honored. My appointment was at 1:20 and was there until 3:00 . If I would had been late , I would have lost my turn all they said was that they were backed up and no apologies..
It took about 3 days AFTER your first response to me to get an appointment. The first location was a hour and 20 minute drive. You need to partner with companies in the Cleveland Ohio area
People in the front very short! Don even say hello!
It was a very nice experience. Both with Green Imaging and the facility. Latoya was vey diligent in rescheduling my appointments and the gentleman doing the MRI’s and MRA’s was very nice explaining the process.
