The process was pretty smooth. My only issue is with the initial scheduling. You asked for my three preferences for the tests. All three choices I gave were for afternoon. My appointment was set for 8:30 am. Had to go through hoops to change it. Ended up with my first preference. Why bother asking if you're not going to listen?
