I was nervous about my first MRI and Joanne immediately put me at ease. She told me she had gotten an MRI just so that she could know what it’s like. She was so encouraging and supportive of me as was Helen who was the technician. This might be the friendliest medical facility in the area!

I went in expecting a lot of problems, but none occurred. Process was easy and simple. You guys got back to me every time I contacted you almost immediately, which I do not expect when dealing with medical professionals. The only downside to the entire thing was I had to drive 2 hours to go to someone in your network. But considering the money I saved, I consider that worth it.
