When I got to my appointment I had to wait because the front desk girl told me they had not received payment and I had to wait until they call green Imaging in order for them to see me. I made my appointment with two weeks in advance. I would think everything would be worked out before my appointment.

Amanda was very friendly and she was able to scheduled my ultrasound on the same day at a location near my house.

It was very easy to understand the instructions and the text messages were a quick and easy way get the process completed. The little bit that I had to talk on the phone with a real person was also very easy to communicate with.

The service is simple and efficient and works well with my imaging needs. The one complaint from my doctors office is that when they send an order for imaging they are often lost. I can’t think of one time I haven’t had to ask my doctor to resend the order.

Green Imaging has been amazing to work with. Some medical offices don't understand the process, but I found if I provide the fax and or email or I send the order directly to GI, they are on top of things. They are quick to call and keep you updated along the way and I have never had easier check ins for tests or scans ever until now. This has been so calming in a world of what is normally nothing but headaches and you all have taken those away and I can't thank you enough for that.
