The facility was located 45 minutes from my home. I arrived 15 minutes early and registered for my 9:00 appointment. I was not called to the desk until 9:15, 15 minutes after my appointment time. I had to stand in a waiting room filled with people and not enough chairs. At 9:35 my procedure was done.The technician had little bedside manner and reeked of cigarettes. To be fair, Green Imaging was very helpful in getting me an appointment. However distance and the quality of the facility should be of greater consideration.
