It was a bit unorganized. The connection to you and the testing site. Only 1/2 the order was sent. You had one appt the site had another day. But everyone was quick to rectify the issues. But did take me 3 hours to get it all in a row. Amanda was very helpful. Along with check in at site. Thank you
