The scheduling was great. The CT tech was warm, personable and professional. The front desk attendant with blond/red hair was sweet and caring. I was there for 2 hours which was extremely inconvenient. They never communicated that there was a problem with a patient in the back until I called my scheduler to reschedule.. Had they told me it would have eased my anxiety. Communication is key. But aside from that is was a good experience.
