I just moved into a new unit with Green Street and had previously rented for 6 months with them. The maintenance is quick- they fix what they can quickly as long as you just call it in. They do a good job cleaning and renovating the units; my new unit looks way better than it did when I viewed it back in March. The office staff is sometimes chaotic and disorganized though.
