I am actually pretty shocked to read all of the negative reviews on this site. Perhaps there are two Green Street Realties in Champaign. I have had mostly good experiences with this company.The unit I moved into had recently been rented for something like 6 years solid, so before we moved in--and they didn't have much time--they re-painted and cleaned.The staff in the office have always been nice to me.
