Truth about some of the comments. I have been on the waiting list since 2014, for a 1 bedroom and not a word back. Like of communication and the sad part is my phone number is still the same and am still at the same job.
This may sound same because both Greenlaw Place and the Metropolitan are ran by the same Community Manager and the leasing office is located on the Metropolitan property and not where the photo shows. I have family that lives in Greenlaw Place and that why ALCO runs that property is that of Slum Lord. The current manager Lakisha Buford is very aggressive towards the tenants and and tends not to come through with repairs. The staff has closed repair requests without completing them. Do not move here! The gate always broke and my tires was got stolen off my car. Misleading website, I actually thought I was moving to metropolitan and ended up at Greenlaw.
The lady told me to come do an application but when I went she told me they didn’t have anything available. Waste of money.
Not a good place to live the pictures are misleading what you see and what you get are two different thing the metropolitan are nice but green law is the slums and you only get into metropolitan if you friend with management everyone else gets sent to the slums or it not availability when they ask about them it’s sad
