Very good customer service. We had a slight issue with communication on the Charlotte Honda's end. Thomas here in Greensboro handled it like a champ and got it situated. The work done to fix the actuators was great. They are wiping smoother than before. Overall a great experience. Will be back.

The customer service was excellent. I like working with my rep Derius Simmons who knows my car and what services are beneficial to me. Derius Simmons is always helpful and courteous whenever I call or bring in my car.
All repairs were done as expe ted. Althouvh i felt that having to do front and back brakes i should have been offerex a discount up front, instead of me having to ask at checkout
The service was excellent, the employees were friendly, and the whole experience was positive and reassuring.
